Ann Wood’s handsome, limited edition avian couples are handstitched with fabrics salvaged from vintage and Edwardian wedding and lawn gowns—everything from the groom’s little boutonniere to the bride’s ivory tulle gown, complete with bitty embroidered rosebuds. Each pair comes packaged with a postcard displaying the actual gown Wood sourced the little birds’ garments from. Set of two birds. Silk satin, antique lace, wire, glitter, sequins, wool stuffing. Handmade in USA.

I looked at these over 3 months ago, I kept thinking I could find something cheaper but nothing drew me in as much as these. I finally ordered them and when they arrived they look as amazing as I expected. This will be my wedding keepsake for generations to come

Exquisite
This cake topper is sweet, intricate, beautiful, and incredibly unique. I was happily surprised to find a handwritten note from the artist along with a postcard depicting the dress from which the bird's tule and lace came. The birds, nicknamed "Kinglsey" and "Emma," (as per the little hand-written tags attached to their feet when they arrived from BHLDN), are exquisite and I plan on displaying them in my home for years beyond my wedding day.
